Coaching or Counseling? Which one is right for you?
1. Coaching vs Counseling
Despite what you may have heard. Counseling and Coaching are really very similar when done correctly. Both are focused on overcoming obstacles and barriers to help you live your best life. Both offer a confidential and non judgmental space to work on becoming the best version of yourself. 2. Counseling Track
In the counseling track you will start with a clinical assessment focused on your historical and current mental health and psychosocial factors. We will then work together to address any mental health and psychosocial stressors that are impeding you from living your best life. Counseling will address issues such as depression, anxiety,stressors, and trauma.
3. Coaching Track
In the coaching track, we will start with a discovery call to better understand your personal and professional goals and work closely together to accomplish them. This will include a strategy call or meeting as well as accountability calls to help you stay on track with meeting your goals. Coaching will address issues such as increased self confidence, personal vision mapping, goal setting and more.
